That house is used for battling E-Trainers (trainers scanned in with the E-Reader), but FR/LG isn't E-Reader compatable. They probably origionaly intended it to contain trainers obtained through the "Mystery Gift", but Nintendo hasn't done anyting towards that yet (I don't think).

There is a house just like it in Ru/Sa (Mossdeep city), that works. They actualy made some E-Reader cards to scan into the game that you could battle in the house in Ru/Sa.

Okay, well, I found where you can get the PP Max in FR/LG... That had been asked a little while back, I think.
You get it on Two Island, if you go to the lake below the waterfall, you'll see a little ledge next to the rock wall. If you step onto the ledge, then use the itemfinder while you are standing on the ledge, you will recieve the PP Max, which is equal to 3 PP Ups.

Hello. It's my first time here in the Pokeworld. I remember back when I was a little boy with his Poke'mon. Squirtle and I were th happiest pals ever. *Daniel wakes up*
Oh, hi. In Pokemon Leafgreen, what level should my Kadabra be before I evolve it? I'm trying to get the moves Alakazam can't get. Do any of you have a poke'guide?

Thanx. Augh! I leveled him up to much. Oh, well. I'll just have to breed him out of his weakness.

Weakness? Once he evolves, he'll be just as strong as he would have been had he evolved earlier and then been trained to his current level. They way stats are figured... I can't remember the equations but basicly, there are some variables that change based on randomness when it was found or how you train the pokemon. Once these are set, they are set no matter what you do to the pokemon (there is an exception in emerald but I won't get into that). When abra evolves, these variables stay the same, but his stats go up cause he is now in a more powerful form. The fact that he's been abra longer doesn't affect his final stats. It only affects his stats while he's an abra.

What exception is there in emerald?

Theres are berries that lowers effort points by 10 each time you feed it to a pokemon. This way, you can remove unwanted stats and put them into another catagory to a point. I suggest effort training your pokemon first off anyhow so you never need to remove unwanted effort points.
