Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer

I honestly didn't really like the first Fantastic Four, but decided to give the sequel a try.

I'm glad I did!!

It was much better then the first in my opinion. The acting was improved as well...I didn't feel like Sue Storm (Jessica Alba) was reading off a cue card this time.

Though, I really loved the emphasis the film had on Johnny. He wasn't as "wild" as in the first film, but still had some humor!

There are so many twist and turns!

Loved it!

The special effects were also greatly improved then the last film (impressive even...). The movie is a real visual treat...

I laughed, I cried (Not literally) ...

Overall, I recommend seeing it ;-)

My buddy Jason told saw it too, and now you've seen it... and I'm trying not to spend too much money for lack of a car that I shall be remedying this summer...

Lol Yeah Josh, I didn't pay for the movie. I watched it on Tv-Links... dur, steaming.

I'm going to the drive in later though...with some friends. I just had to see it sooner! :-P

Haven't seen the second one yet, though I'm looking forward to it ;D. Personally, I loved Johnny's wildness in the first one, thought it was rather hot . I hope I'm not disappointed in him in this one . (I did think the first one was silly - meaning, I enjoyed it but it wasn't like one of my favorite movies, because seemingly unlike most of you guys I'm not a huge fan of the comic-book-like films. They're fun, but I like more depth.) Anyway, the second one looks fun, and I can't wait to see it.

(But tell me..... In the previews Jessica Alba looked oddly different. She looked way darker (tan-wise) than in the first, but it didn't look like a TAN. Don't know what it looked like....did anyone notice? Or was it just a preview thing and wasn't in the movie?)

Johnny was still hot and crazy, he just matured during the film as well. I like all movies, lol. This one had a more indepth plot then the first one did Imo. Really good :-)
