You're off to a decent start, bu I'm not a fan of the orange and grey in the forum. That is throwing off the color balace, which seems to have green as it;s foundation color.
I would experiment with the bgwindow2 color, untill you find one that matches the color scheme of your forum, and I'd do away with that orange username, it just stands out on this particulat scheme.
I would make sure your forum width is the same for everyone, in all resolutions. I have found that 700 pixels in width looks best, so try this in your footers:
<script language="JavaScript">
var Table=document.getElementsByTagName("Table")
for(t=0;t<Table.length;t++)
if(Table[t].width=="92%"){Table[t].width="700"}
</script>
Then...
Then I would make the banner 700 pixels in width, so that it matches up nicely.
For the welcome member, you have x messeages text, I would either delete that, or move it under the banner. To delete it, add this code to your headers:
<script>
document.getElementsByTagName('tr')[1].deleteCell(1);
</script>
To move it under the banner, use this code in your headers:
You may also want to consider customizing the post indicators, as well as using a gradient for the title bar.
And in the bottom table, I would move the announcments to the right side of the table, to fill that right side up, and to not have the table so large.
Good luck with your forum.

I tend to agree.....I think the grey is totally misplaced among the whole color scheme.....you would probably do better if it was brown instead....because then brown would match up with both the orange and green text colors you have....once you fix that window color I would then get some custom icons for your info center...on/off...and menu buttons.....once those are done it should look much better.
I like those green shades. The dark grey colour in Windows 2 however, is not quite the right shade. Also, the grey shade you are using for the scroll bar doesn't match.
You might want to see how it looks if you use for the scroll bar the same dark colour you have for Windows 2. Otherwise, get perhaps a nice golden/yellow colour instead.
Oh... and a new set of old/new icons would give the board more life as well. Good luck !!

Well, i do like all of the green... its a nice color scheme... but your cell highlight color should definatley not be black... try to make it some nice and light green to fit the colors of your forum a little better.
i like your banner, its pretty nice... and its centered, which os good... and i like all of the little green liney things coming out of it...
and i think that you should get some custom images for your on/off icons and info center icons... make them gamey, too... nothing way off....
thats all for now, i think! good job! the grade that i give your forum: B+. good luck!
