Yeah, I like that.
About the moderators, putting the rules in the header is a good idea, and letting the moderators PM us the rules is another good idea, but then every time we had to update the headers/footers we would have to cut/paste ALL the stuff we were going to add, and add them to the right spot... Do you know how long that would take?

It would be if you have to work around a fixed section of the header/footer, and do it in both headers and footers. Imagine 20 to 30 different headers, each of which you have to find the place to put something, and past it in twice, that ammounts to 80 times minimum, not to mention the time it would take to find the place you put it. Then, you would have to go through each board, and make sure there were no problems...

but we'd do it gradualy, as teh moderators sent us what they wanted in there
and twice?

No, I mean say all the boards ahd different rules, we could no longer make them "Mimic" the main page, so say we wanted to add a code, we would have to put it in EACH header and EACH footer .
