I thought I might as well put all the Metroid's in one pile, since the series isn't going anywhere else (Samus on X-box, wouldn't that be weird?) I've recently been playing Metroid Prime for the third time. I hope to buy Metroid Fusion soon, so it would be cool to prepare some bonus features along the way. What's your favorite Metroid game, y'all? Also, which is better, 2-D or 3-D?

Play Super Metroid. It is one of the best Metroids, without a doubt. I see you're missing Metroid II on gameboy. Metroid II is a fun game. It introduced the Spiderball, which stayed with the series until present. It also introduced the different stages of Metroid: Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Omega...am I missing any? The stages haven't been so hot over the series, and never came back, with exception of a second form of Metroid. I haven't gone through much of Prime 2. Is Metroid Prime in the game? Why is it named after him? Also, I'm glad they're showing other ancient sentient species. The chozo were alone for so long. lol

I think Metroid Prime 2 is just named after the first game. I'm not sure though because I haven't gotten to the end yet.

Did somebody say something about Samus on X-box?! YES THAT WOULD BE WIERD!
Metroid is definitely one of the best series. Played 'em all at least a bit... Super metroid was the best. Can't stand that danged 3d jumping. Gave up after drowning in lava twice.
And hey... what's an X-box?

Super Metroid's the best, but then again, I haven't played Fusion, and I've heard it's good, that it's a lot alike.
