Tired of being a poor n00b? Wish you were like H4X0r 1337 rich with like a million ph4ts?? Wish you could afford the latest overpriced piece of bling or pimp gangsta clothes?
Then this is teh gUide f0r j00!!!11!1one
"So easy, even a total n00blet like you could do it!"
--A Green Games Exclusive guide from its local multi-millionaire.--
First off, this is not your normal money making guide about flax picking, merchanting, mining, wcing etc.
If you are looking for a guide like that, You are a n00b.
This guide is about the REAL secrets of the trade that people like myself use. A reminder that this is a green Games ONLY guide, so keep the information seen here unknown to other players, if you please. ^_-
(If everyone started doing what's in this guide, t3h RS Ec0n0my w1ll be d3str0yed!!111 0h n0es!!!!!! (Just kidding)
_______________Method 1: Teh n00b killing spree method_________________________________
Now be honest. N00bs are annoying. They're always asking you for free stuff, messing up minigames, and being a general annoyance. Don't you wish sometimes that you could just pull out your abby whip, and reenact the falador massacre on those whiners, while making a ton of money, training melee and magic, and without risking getting BANZORD???//
NOW YOU CAN!!!!!
Requirements:
Small devotion of bank space (Around 20 slots.......stop complaining!)
A large pile of law runes (Which most people have anyway. World 66 FTW!)
Every kind of basic rune (Fire, earth water, air)
Air staff (Optional)
A pile of 40 spades. Hey I do, so you should as well! XD
At least 45 magic is a must.
Equipment:
This is pretty much a perfect example of what to bring.
-A strong, fast weapon like abyssal whip takes care of noobs fast, and with ease. Bring one.
-Bring anything to keep your weight down. I STRONGLY recommend wearing boots of lightness AT THE VERY LEAST, but you can go above and beyond by wearing a spotty/spottier capes and penance gloves if you want as well.
-In your ring slot, bring a combat enhancing ring, if available. I personally use warrior ring, which helps raise the already high slash hit which abbysal whip provides.
-As for gloves, bring the ones that pack the most melee combat bonuses. I use the recipe for disaster gloves, but you can feel free to use the family crest gauntlets or something if you want.
-as for armor, don't wear any. I usually do anyway, but that is mainly because my bank is full, and the stuff I do wear adds little to no weight. If you MUST wear something, wear some light armor, such as robes or random event costumes. Try to keep the weight below 6kg! You will be doing a lot of running!
-Bringing a shield is entirely up to you to bring. I usually bring one incase a random strikes, but mainly because my bank is full. If you want, bank your shield. The 'monsters' you will be fighting are not much of a threat anyway. However, if you do decide to bring one, you may want to consider bringing a shield that is light and gives combat bonuses. Obby shield or a defender are strongly recommended.
-As for an ammy, bring a fury, glory or power ammy. Anything to raise your attack and strength.
-For a cape, it doesn't really matter, as long as its not heavy. Spottier cape is best.
Inventory:
Thats right, EMPTY!!! Don't bring anything, you would be wasting time doing that.
Location:
The by far best place to own n00bs, is Seers Village. "Wow, seers was already the best place in the world: almost every kind of tree, flax, a dungeon, a busy bank, easy teleportation.....now I can pwn n00bs there too? AWESOME! ^_^"
Head west of the oh so conveniently placed bank until you see a tavern.
This small tavern has 8 noob respawns! (lvl 2) with 7 hp each.
Set yourself to run, start in the northwest corner working east, and get whaling on them. If you're fast, you'll almost always be in constant combat, because as soon as one dies, your right onto the next one. They also have a fast respawn rate which helps greatly.
Noobs, unknown to most, actually give GOOD drops when killed! Whether they begged the stuff off of another player, or just looted some guys corpse, they still have some good stuff. The 2 main good things they drop are UNIDS and LVl 1 CLUE SCROLLS!!!
Noobs also can drop between 1 and 15 gold, most basic runes, chaos runes, and they have a 100% drop item: Noob bones, which give 4.5 exp to prayer.
Strategy:
Only pick up the unids the noobs drop. You can grab the bones and coins if you want, but its not worth the time. When you get a full inventory of unids, (Which doesn't take long) head to the bank east and bank the unids, repeat.
NOTE: If you keep the unids Unidentified, in large quantities you can sell for 1k-2k or more each. Be sure to filter out the ranarrs though! Ranarrs go for 7k or more each, making it an EXTREMELY fast money maker!
After a random amount of kills, one may drop a clue scroll. Since it came from a noob, it is not difficult at all, making it easy to understand. When you get a clue, go straight to the bank and put in all unids you might have. then bring out this gear.
This is enough runes to solve any clue very quickly. EDIT: Oh yeah, except for those stupid emote clues. Thanks Jagex! *Sarcasm*
Read the clue, go to the destination on the scroll, repeat until finished. The reward of the clue is completely random, you can get anything from a noob coif (value 30g) to flared trousers. (Worth 700k) Not only does this make the killing spree method more worthwhile than it already is, it breaks up the monotony of doing nothing but slaying n00bs.
When you finish the clue, go back to Camelot via teleport, bank your runes, staff, and Treasure trail loot, then beat up more n00bs!
If you've read this far, you now know one of the best ways to make money in the entire of runescape, well done!
Closing words/hints:
-Allthough this guide seems to have been for made for comical purposes, it actually is how I describe it. I used this method to purchase full infinity, it really does work. ^_^
-inside the bar there is a barkeeper who if you talk to him, will sell you meat pies and stew, as well as beer. This is helpful when you get a shade or zombie random and you just need something to stay alive long enough to last the fight.
-Organize the unids in your bank by the level required to identify them, if possible.
-When you sell your Unids, be sure to leave one unid from each 'stack' in the bank. That way, you wont accidentally put them back in the wrong order if nobody buys, or accidentally use its space for another item.
-Go to an unpopulated world. There is nothing more annoying than some ch00b stealing your n00bs!
~~~Happy hunting!~~~
P.S. Incase you were wondering, yes, I am making another guide for another 'secret' method I use. Keep an eye out for it!
